This may be the best site in Royal Park, because it backs up to a beautiful, private, landscaped lawn, so you can relax on your patio without staring at other units or a parking lot. Further, it is the closest unit to the laundry room, and it is close to the in-ground, community pool. Walking into the foyer, you will notice the guest/coat closet.
