This is the place people imagine when thinking about living in the country. Manageable acreage with privacy. Lots of trees but light and bright. Very private creek frontage that looks more like a stream or small river. A neat home that is rustic, but with modern amenities. An accessory dwelling with a separate bathroom. Many raised beds for gardening, a chicken coop, dog kennel, and large RV structure with hookups. All this less than 4 miles to the charming community of Applegate, itself a country vision. Life in the Applegate Valley is different. It tends to be a bit slower than the city. People can be more friendly. And having so many vineyards nearby adds to a pace that is deliberate, and delightful. Take a deep breath. Smile, and slow down. You may have found your new home.
