The Temple Residence was designed in 1907 by Architect Alfred Faber, out of his iconic stone blocking. Built to rival the UofP Professor housing of the time, there are few homes that are equally grand. Because of its grandeur, its only seen four owners in its 118 years. Enjoy the warm woodwork & trim which was crafted from trees along N. Portsmouth, the wood double-hung windows, the leaded glass, the period-switches, the original floorplan; but rest easy w/ modern electrical, plumbing, & systems. Basement & Attic were pre-wired & plumbed for potential ADU’s. Endless street parking & 3-car pad in rear. Handful of blocks from UofP & one block to the Elementary. [Home Energy Score = 1.
