This home has been well loved for close to 70 years but now it is time to ''pass it on''. There is nothing like Indian Ridge or as the locals call it ''The Ridge'' Remember when neighborhoods had a good ole 4th of July Parade? This still does... just decorate your car, your bike, or wagon. If not, pull up a lawn chair and watch the spirit go by. Luminaries, community pool, neighborhood get togethers but yet serenity prevails. This reminds us what good architecture is. The area is known for its historic homes, but we hear that that this one has not been replicated? The glass framed fireplace, walls of windows,(replaced!) areas of beamed ceilings, and what Tucson is all about... a patio and outdoor spaces you will live in. Historic status so taxes are low. New paint and carpet.
